The Genke Vase possesses a geometric design inspired by Suprematism, an early twentieth century art movement that explored the beauty of simple, abstract forms. This artistic sensibility is reflected in the vase's cylindrical shape which is bisected by and oval metal plate. The oval provides a decorative touch as well as serving as a divider and holder for flowers. Whether housing a floral arrangement or standing on its own, Genke will elevate any interior with its sculptural presence.
