The Empire Portable Table Lamp blends elements from a trio of architectural icons for a unique design that explores the power and meaning of landmarks throughout history. The lamp's base is modeled after the Parthenon of ancient Greece, while the middle portion borrows the soaring Art Deco lines of the Empire State Building. The lamp is capped by the rotunda of the United States Capitol, perhaps a comment by designers Studio Job on the modern definition of an empire.
Empire houses an integrated LED light source and rechargeable battery, allowing it to be placed wherever it is needed to create maximum impact. A remote control is included to adjust the brightness and switch between white or 15 colored lighting options. A USB charging cable is included (requires US wall plug, not included).
