This innovative piece uses conductive steel plates to create pathways for electrons to pulse from one end to the other of the inner frosted tube. Dimmer knob is located on the lamp base. Lifetime Limited Warranty when installed in residential setting. Handmade to order by skilled artisans in Vermont, USA.
