The Boden Double Wall Light is streamlined but sculptural with a pair of elongated shades protruding from a narrow oval backplate. The shades house integrated LED light sources and can be swung 180 degrees side to side and rotated 330 degrees to direct their light. Boden is perfectly suited as a reading light flanking a bed or next to a desk or reading chair in a den or study.
Note: This fixture is designed to be mounted on a 2 inch x 4 inch junction box.

RISD trained designer, David Weeks, has taken a on approach to his work since starting his studio in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. Since 1996. Weeks' designs are rooted in universal appeal and sculptural sensibility. From his background in art, Weeks transitioned into the design realm after apprenticing under jewelry designer Ted Muehling and soon found a passion for lighting. With this new discovered passion, Weeks committed to process of design that he labels as formal reduction -- which involves slicing away at generic shapes like orbs and cones until new forms emerge.
Weeks' work has been used in projects for Barney's New York, Kate Spade, Saks Fifth Avenue, MGM Grand Las Vegas, Bliss Spa, Brasserie NYC and the W Hotels. Additional honors include several nominations for the Cooper Hewitt National Design Award and being chosen as one of seven designers to represent New York at Berlin's 7+7 Designmai exhibit. Weeks was also featured in the 2003 Cooper Hewitt National Design Triennial: Inside Design Now.
