About Justin Champaign + Ben Salthouse

Justin Champaign is an industrial designer with a BFA in Furniture Design from California College of the arts and has been a design leader in organizations such as Pablo Designs, Coalesse and Metro Furniture. In 2012, Justin established Most Modest to design and develop products that better support our lifestyles and the unique intersection between craft and technology. Justin believes intelligent products should offer a deeper level of engagement and connection with the user, the object and their environment.

Ben Salthouse studied industrial design at Philadelphia University and landed his first real job at Michael Graves's studio. After drinking his fill out of the fountain of Post Modernism he rode his bicycle across the country. 5500 miles later he began teaching at CCA and freelancing around the bay for everyone from engineering consultancies to furniture designers.
