Ordered hundreds of dollars of B+P switches for a high-end penthouse project. All the Buster + Punch dimmers malfunctioned. Had to replace them with Adorne. B+P was useless, tried to blame the electrician because the junction box must not have been "perfectly level" so I wasted a lot of money and the client was inconvenienced.

Bought two of these switches. Bulky on the back end so know you will need a deep box to fit them. The plate feels cheap but the knurled knob is nice. Had one fail after a month so we will see. For this price point I expected better.

I fitted out my entire house with these light switches and dimmers and I have to say the experience was amazing. The packaging was on point, easy enough to install (a little more fiddly than the norm) and the quality of the product is amazing.....beautiful analogue click and all made of heavy metal. There is not a light switch like this on the market and everyone talks about them when they come to our house - love them!!

By far the coolest dimmers on the market. The knurling on the knob is as tactile and luxurious as I expected. Feels like solid brass.
The plate is nice enough, but feels like it's plastic, or brass plated at best. The black plate is plastic, instead of aluminum. Underwhelming.
The build quality of the modules inside is what's most disappointing, though. Everything underneath is cheap plastic; I'm a little worried someone will overturn and accidentally break the knob one day. It's also bulky and impossible to fit into shallower boxes.
Overall, glad I bought them, but for the price, I expected more.
