The Cho Floor Lamp pairs a traditional Japanese washi paper shade with a sleek carbon fiber stem for an almost impossibly light appearance. The crumpled washi paper shade provides a warm, diffused glow with a rich visual texture. The stem can bend and spring backwards, adding a playful element to this refined, minimalist design. Dimmer switch located on cord.

    Swiss designer Dimitri Bhler (b. 1988) founded his Biel-based studio in 2014, earning two Swiss Design Award nominations and creating pieces for some of design's most adventurous brands. Trained at ECAL and Design Academy Eindhoven, he describes his approach as spontaneous and poetic, rooted in deep material research an ethos that won his experimental ceramics series VPTC the grand prize at Belgium's Biennale Interieur in 2016.
