Where is the reverse switch on this fan?

The reverse switch is located down below were the mounting down rod connects to the motor. It's covered by the coupling cover. You just need to slide it up to have access to the switch.
Can the Roto Ceiling Fan be used on a slope ceiling or do you need to buy an extra part?
