The Skylark Single Pole Fan Control and Light Switch is available in Glossy White, Glossy Black, Glossy Almond, Glossy Light Almond, Glossy Grey, and Glossy Ivory. Features a slide-to-off fan control and a rocker light switch. Simply slide up to turn on fan and increase speed or slide down to decrease speed and turn off fan. For use with only one 120 volt ceiling paddle fan up to 1.5 amps. Features 3 quiet fan speeds designed to prevent motor hum. The rocker switch is for use with 120 volt incandescent/halogen lamping up to 360 watts. For use with designer style wall plates, sold separately. 1.6 inch width x 4.2 inch height. UL listed.
