14 Series 4-Inch Baffle Downlight Trim is available in White with a White baffle, or Black, Satin Chrome, or Black with a Black baffle. One PAR20 or R20 lamp is required, but sold separately, or 120 volt LED module included. Lamp type and wattage depending upon housing/lamp combination. A complete fixture includes a housing and trim, sold separately.

Answer
While this trim is UL Listed for use in wet location with outdoor rated lamp, the manufacturer does not recommend it for outdoor use. . This is because it has a steel trim ring flange and rivets and other metal components that will corrode if placed outdoors. It won't happen immediately, but these components are not intend or treated for this type of environment.
