I am very happy with this indoor ceiling fan. It runs quietly even at higher speeds and circulates air really well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The Minka contractor plus 52 inch five blade indoor ceiling fan is a great looking ceiling fan. The performance is absolutely superb. The airflow is perfect for keeping you cool while sitting in the room it is installed in, in my case the living room. Installation was easy and straightforward from the wiring to assembly. I definitely recommend this product line.

Easy to install! Decided to add to our dining room, problem is that it didn't come with light but husband is an electrician so the fan was easily adapted to add the light it just doesn't come with it. Design is sturdy and not cheaply made. One hole came stripped didn't affect the operation of the fan.

Easy installation it only took me a few hours. It looks great in the bedroom, and the speed is perfect. There wasn't a light attached to the fan, so I added one myself, and that installation was easy as well.

Great fan seems pretty solid so far and is pretty strong. For the amount of breeze it makes the noise is pretty minimal. Would get this brand again.

The assembly was super easy, everything was nicely placed in an organized way which helped me assemble/build it easily. Functionally it works like any other fan, install it to the wiring, and operate as needed! Straightforward and functional like expected.

I'm in the middle of remodeling and also have to get someone to install it for me but love the white so it matches perfectly in my house, can't go wrong with white. It is a very basic simple fan but looks sturdy. Definitely a good fan if you're looking for a fan that's not too fancy and on a budget.

The installation manual is very small, with many pages, which requires a lot of flipping back and forth. A larger manual would make the installation process smoother. After navigating through the manual, assembling the parts is easy. This fan does not include a light kit, and must be purchased separately. It is a basic fan, which suits our needs for our garage, which we are in the process of renovating. However, don't let this basic fan fool you, it is solidly manufactured and works well. It creates a large amount of airflow and we can't wait to see how well it cools the temperature down in our garage during the spring and summertime!

Beautiful! I wanted a white ceiling fan,I just moved and it matches perfect !! It blows nicely as someone who is always hot,comes with a remote,and is practically silent. My husband installed this easily.

Didn't get the color I selected, but it's still a good fan. I turned it in. The noise is minimal. Installation was fairly quick and the blades are large enough that it pushes air throughout the entire room.

The minka contractor plus is the most basic fan you can buy. Not a bad thing but does not have any extra features. That being said, the fan has a few speeds and blows cool air. Nothing fancy but a good option if you're on a budget. Not too loud and looks good in my space!
