Hinkley Rhodes Coach Lights
Really nice coach lights well made and sturdy. Got 3 at a really great price.
The spacer flange instructions are correct.
The instructions are correct with the spacer flange going against the glass. It supports the glass as it is designed to do better than flipping it over as someone suggested.
Good product Instructions had 2 errors 1 sign
Sconces are well made nice looking. The only problems were in the instructions. If you look at the mounting instructions for the 29300 wall sconce there is one minor error and one significant error. They talk about the back plate E but the illustration points to the two ball knobs. Then they talk about the ball knobs which is F but in the illustration there is no F but it should be pointing to the two ball knobs. The more important problem is down below where are the socket spacer is shown with the flange going up but it fits the glass perfectly if the flange is downward as it fits perfectly on the groove of the glass plus giving you more room to screw on the socket ring. They really should change those directions as soon as possible which will help their clients. I sent this information to Hinkley with photos showing the main error and never heard back if they fixed the problem.
