The Axis Ceiling Fan is a simple, sophisticated smart fan that works seamlessly in transitional, minimalist, and other modern environments and is perfectly sized for medium-sized kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms. 125 x 20 sensorless DC motor with 14 degree pitch and 44 or 52 inch sweep. Modern Forms fans pair with smart home tech including Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung Smart Things. Free app download: Sync with Modern Forms app to control fan speed and use smart features.
Available with a Matte White, Matte Black, Titanium Silver, or Bronze finish. Supplied with one 4.5 inch downrod and luminaire cap for non-light use. Includes Bluetooth remote fan/light control. Optional Bluetooth wall control sold separately. Slope ceiling adaptable up to 30 degrees. For slopes 31-45 degrees, Slope Ceiling Fan Kit available, sold separately. UL listed, wet locations. Energy Star. Title 20 and Title 24/JA8 compliant.
