An End To The Long Search For Lights

We had been looking for new outdoor lights by an entry door. Nothing we saw had much appeal until we were out of town and stopped at a lighting store that carried Hinkley. These lights were exactly what we wanted and at a reasonable price point!

Replaced outdated fixtures and needed something larger and this was a perfect fit. Modern clean lines enclosed lamp. Wish the frame was metal instead of plastic but it is overall a high quality fixture.

Easy install great upgrade

Replace older fixtures with this product and it really anchors the space well. Enclosed light controls dust. Frame is high quality plastic not metal though.

Bought 5 of these all were consistent quality. I live near the ocean and needed something corrosion resistant. Once installed you can't tell the fixture is plastic (except for the shade and brass accent). I would recommend them.

Loved the look on a home with harsh weather conditions! Several glass globes were broken and seemed fragile but customer service was exceptional and sent replacements. Hopefully these lights will last without corroding.

Classic style

I chose this fixture for its classic styling and color. The zinc color appears charcoal and blends well with the varied tones of the red exterior brick on my home. In doing research for how to choose fixtures for garage openings I was surprised to learn that they should be at least 1/4 to 1/3 the height of the door. So many existing fixtures (like mine!) are too small. These are large but when you step back the size is perfectly in proportion to the facade. We tried both soft white and clear bulbs and the clear bulbs definitely look better with the shade. They are not included. There is no glass in the sides so the only protection for the bulbs is the glass shade. The fixtures are not metal which was a surprise especially given the price. But it may be that they will wear better without rusting etc.

Pretty Light Difficult to Change Bulb

We bought several of these for our home. We love the look of this light. The biggest problem I have with this fixture is the difficulty in changing the bulb. When it comes time to change the light bulb you have to unscrew the top lid the remove the glass piece to get to the bulb. This is very inconvenient.
