I bought this light through my decorator. So far we have received two pendants and both have damaged diffusers. The alabaster is too fragile for this design. One was broken in half and the other was chipped all around the edge. We cannot get the company to respond responsibly to our request for a repair or replacement. Terrible, terrible design and customer service.
