The finned heatsink atop the pendant is both functional and decorative, recalling the look of vintage electrical equipment. About Chiaramonte & Marin
Alfredo Chiaramonte (b. 1961) and Marco Marin (b. 1964) are Italian designers with backgrounds in architecture and industrial design, respectively. In 1989, they founded a design studio that reflects their shared passion for industrial objects and interdisciplinary creativity across interior, graphic, lighting, and product design. Their collaboration with Murano glassmakers exemplifies their ability to merge distinct fields, resulting in innovative glassware and lighting pieces. Over the years, they've worked with numerous prominent companies in furniture and publishing, including Calligaris, Emu Group, Moulinex, and Renault Italia.
