We have had three pendants since 5+ years above our kitchen island. They really look super nice, five stars for that. But they have two *serious* flaws. 1) Changing the LED is near impossible. In order to separate the glass orb from the top metal, you need too much strength plus sheer luck. I am a 180pound man and had several friends assist me with rubber gloves holding, twisting and turning. The first came apart after multiple frustrating tries over the span of several days. The second one refuses to unfuse. I tried at least 20 times over the last two weeks with at least three different male assistants and two females. No luck so far. 2) Two of the pendants started to slide down after a year or so and refuse to be adjusted (yes, I checked the installation instructions). Luckily, they are the two outer ones, so the overall effect looks intentional.
