Neil Poulton is a Scottish-born product designer, based in Paris, France. He specializes in the design of simple, mass-produced objects and has won numerous international design awards.
Poulton is best known for lighting and for technology design and is particularly associated with manufacturers Lacie and Artemide. Poulton first came into public view in 1989 as the creator of the “ageing pens” pens made from a “living” plastic, which changes color and form with use.
