I ordered this pendant and had it installed in June 2023. The pendant will not function as advertised. The glass shade is too heavy to be balanced by the counter-weight. It does not allow for the height adjustability advertised. Customer Service has been incredibly slow to respond. After receiving a note about having to wait another 6 weeks (on top of the 4 weeks I had waited for an answer) for a replacement shade, I asked for a refund 3 weeks ago. I have not heard back yet about how to start the refund process.
