The Chapeaux M Table Lamp features a clear central body made of borosilicate glass with open ends, topped with a sleek steel hat shade. When the lamp is off, the transparent body almost vanishes, and reappears with a subtle presence when the light is on. An LED module sits inside the top of the glass, dispersing light radially through a polycarbonate shell to cast an intense yet soft glow onto your surfaces. The glossy white shade interior enhances light reflection.
A small brushed aluminum rod at the top of the lamp is a touch dimmer for turning the light on/off or setting brightness to 40%, 70%, or 100%.

About Rodolfo Dordoni
Born in Milan, Rodolfo Dordoni graduated from the University of Milan with a degree in architecture in 1979. He then launched his career in architecture and design, working at prominent design firms including Artemide, Foscarini, Flos Lighting, and The Rug Company. His design work spans a wide spectrum of projects from light fixtures to yachts to showrooms to entire residential complexes. Dordoni's versatility as a designer is matched by few others, and his design style in lighting is influenced by his experience designing boats and buildings. This gives his fixtures an urban, industrial feel that is sleek and solid without becoming overwhelming.
