About Ferruccio Laviani
Born in Cremona, Italy in 1960 Ferruccio Laviani received a diploma in 1984 from the Design Polytechnic of Milan He took his degree in architecture in 1986 at the Polytechnic of Milan.
From museum curator to graphic designer to television set design to furniture and lighting designer, Ferruccio Laviani has a resume that spans the entire interior design realm. Laviani has worked with Dolce and Gabbana, FLOS, Fontana Arte, Foscarini and Martini & Rossi to name a few.

Foscarini lighting was founded in 1981 with the belief that light is the vibrancy of energy and soul. Openly exploring the possibilities of Murano glass, there are table, floor, and ceiling fixtures each uniquely produced by over 20 designers.
