I felt it necessary to write a review after buying this product.
I purchased it in Dec. 2016 for a great deal on this website.
Took a while for me to get it, about 2 months. Installed it in late March 2017.
Immediately, out the box, the LED module did not function properly. The dimming and remote were touch and go and not reliable. After a few days of this the LED light would no longer work and only flash repeatedly as if my living room was a rave party.
It was very easy to get replacement parts which is a positive. But now I've had to pay an electrician to, remove, replace parts and install again.
The new LED module worked well for a while...about another month. Then the same thing started happening again, a rave in my living room facilitated by a flashing LED light.
So here is a review...
Quality (5): Stunning and beautiful. Fan functions perfectly and is nearly silent. Quality of lighting is a 0. Its just that. The lighting is not quality at all for the reasons above. Might as well put the light cap on and not use the light.
Price (4): Great price from an otherwise great website.
Design (4): Beautiful. Very sleek and modern. The only hit is that the
Light Output (1): Light module is slightly recessed into the housing. This creates a "spotlight" effect and doesn't light the room very well. (And this is what I noticed when the light did work) Dimmer (once again when it did work) functioned well.
