The Malamata Wall Light takes its name from the Hebrew words for up and down in reference to its adjustable diffuser. Features two articulated arms with a spherical counterweight on the lamps's crossbar that can be moved from side to side, causing the opal glass globe diffuser to raise and lower as the bar tilts. Malamata's silhouette is comprised of simple geometric forms for a contemporary look that will also complement more traditional decor styles. Dimmer switch located on cord.

About Shulab Studio
Shulab, was founded in 2005 by designers Kfir Schwalb and Orit Magia who met at the Bezalel academy of design and arts in Jerusalem. Joined together, their work ranges from product design, interiors, branding and graphic design, always trying to explore the merger between graphic, and industrial design.
Shulab's aim is to keep the initial inspiration alive throughout the entire design process with minimal twists and turns, so that the outcome is then expressed in its most purified and simple form.
Shulab is an internationally acclaimed design studio with their work widely published and with several international featured exhibitions.

Luceplan was set up with the object of creating and producing interior and exterior lighting and to enhance the quality of living. Energy saving is therefore a top priority and cannot be confined to the ratio of lighting to energy consumption: it must embrace the environmental compatibility of our whole operation from choice of materials to the manufacturing process, from product durability to product maintenance. Luceplan believes if an light fixture is to last, it needs to be beautiful as well as technologically sound. But a long-lasting product also offers better environmental compatibility and it outlives fashions.
