The Djembe Pendant is like the echo of a drum, designed for repetition to create a musical composition of light. The shade is made of bi-injected rotary molded polyethylene that is textured to resemble stone. The inside is a smooth satin white, perfect for the reflection of light. ELV or 0-10V dimmable.

About Joan Gaspar
Joan Gaspar studied industrial design in the school of Artes y Oficios in Barcelona. In 1988, he started work for VAPOR S.A manufacturing minimalist lamps. From 1992 on, Gaspar collaborated with a variety of firms to create new product lines: Roca, Resol, Marset, Mobles 114, Perobell, Santa & Cole, DAE, Vilagrasa, and Made Design. From 1996 on, he collaborated closely with Marset, developing new products and product direction for the company. His work has been awarded many prizes including first place in the Furniture Competition of the Comunidad Castilla La Mancha, first place at the Valencia International Furniture Fair, and the Delta de Plata Award.
