The Aplomb Pendant offers direct downlighting for your space, whether used individually or in multiples suspended over a larger area. Its elegant, simple form balances out the chunky solidity of the textured cement composition, demonstrating a rough yet refined aesthetic. Pigments are added directly into the cement mix to achieve rich color, and the mix is hand-cast into a mold.
The White pendant includes a white canopy, and the other colors include a black one. All pendants have a clear cord. The canopy mounts over a standard US junction box.
Note: The 4.75 inch width pendant is not available in some colors.

About Paolo Ludici & Luca Pevere
Both graduated and professionally trained in Milan, they started to develop their first projects together since 2003 and in 2006 founded their studio LucidiPevere.
Following initial training on the Milanese design scene, Paolo Lucidi and Luca Pevere set up their own studio in Udine, engaged in a constant challenge to create new product types, in search of unprecedented materials and technologies.
Some of the brands LucidiPevere work with are De Padova, Arflex JP, Hem, Zanotta, Gebrder Thonet Vienna, Agape, Ligne Roset, Foscarini, Kristalia, Normann Copenhagen, Emu, DeCastelli, Teracrea and many others. Their products appeared in different museums and won major awards such as Designpreis Deutschland, Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award, Good Design Award, Compasso d'Oro Honourable mentions and Best of the Year Award. They took part in various exhibitions in Europe and in the U.S. and appeared in different publications.

really unusual material, concrete! drop dead sexy in the grey. I bought two and suspended one on either side of the bed over the bedside tables.
