      SPEC #: FLO1158058

Embrace the harmonious blend of nature-inspired design and sustainable innovation with the Flos Almendra Organic Linear Pendant. The graceful shape of this fixture draws its inspiration directly from the delicate branches of an almond tree, bringing an organic fluidity to your interior. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the Almendra also champions environmental responsibility, utilizing polycarbonate made from byproducts of papermaking, a conscious step towards more sustainable materials.

The pendant features beautifully sculpted, leaf-shaped shades that cleverly house integrated LED light sources. These shades offer remarkable versatility, capable of being rotated in 60-degree increments to provide either focused uplighting or direct downlighting, allowing you to tailor the illumination to your needs and mood. Almendra's adaptable design ensures it will illuminate any space with contemporary elegance. The canopy is available in a clean matte White finish or with a Primer option, allowing it to be seamlessly field painted to match your ceiling. Designed to mount to a standard US junction box, this pendant is dimmable with an ELV or TRIAC dimmer at 120V, and with a 0-10V dimmer for 120-277V systems, offering comprehensive control over its luminous output.

      Brand Logo

FLOS was founded in 1962. The very same year FLOS lighting began producing a number of lamps that were to become classics in Italian industrial design. From the very outset, FLOS has been distinguished by its high quality approach to lamp design and production. Many of the numerous lamps designed for FLOS are undoubtedly some of the best-known and most successful products of industrial design. They have won awards and historical-critical accolades, and are included in all the most important collections and design museums around the world. Some significant product examples over the last forty years are: Parentesi (1970), Brera (1992), Fucsia (1996), Rosy Angelis (1994), the Romeo Moon (1996), Archimoon (1998) series and the recent Diabolo (1998). Throughout the nineties the work of Achille Castiglioni and Philippe Starck has been flanked by a series of products from new and other designers. This reflects a desire to keep the attitude to discover the most talented designers to maintain FLOS leadership in innovation.
