Perfect for smaller indoor or covered outdoor spaces, the Atom Ceiling Fan sports a compact modern profile that blends seamlessly with any decor. Equipped with an integrated LED light kit, it casts a warm even light to create a comfortable atmosphere. This versatile fan has dual mount capability, able to mount directly to its canopy as a hugger fan or mount with the included 4.5 inch downrod.
Convenience is at your fingertips with the included HIRO wireless control, which can be wall-mounted or hand-held. It can set 3 speeds, motor on/off, light on/off, and warm dimming (dims from 3000K to warmer). A face plate and cradles are included, and the remote fits in standard decorative style face plates. A manual on/off switch is also included. Fan direction can be reversed using a switch on the motor housing.
A light kit cover is included. This fan can be converted into a smart fan using the Atom HIRO control receiver accessory, sold separately. Other optional accessories are also sold separately.

Installed in a small Utility room
This fan is the perfect size for my small utility room. I hang dry certain items and having this fan with air movement is great! It is quiet - there are no annoying ticks or noise. It is balanced and runs smoothly. My electrician wired it to have a direct light switch for on or off and the remote control can control the fan speed. It has a lifetime warranty on the motor. It was not cheap but was a good price for a nice quality fan. I highly recommend this Hinkley Atom 30 Fan with LED light.
Quieter than a whisper & very effective!
Quietest fan ever! On the lowest speed this baby blows a very slight breeze on you on warm and cool nights especially those nights where you still want your feet sticking out but not freezing to death. It's very pretty and stylish for my mid century style interiors and the size was perfect for our small to medium primary bedroom. I do wish there were an option for real wood light oak or walnut blades but the black is very nice. Absolutely no complaints other than I wish that it came with 2 remotes - one for the wall and one for near the bed. Perhaps someone could send me another one?
buy it for the HIRO control
Overall the fan light is satisfactory quality. When mounting flush/hugger style there is no leveling ability so the end product may be straight or crooked depending on the box and ceiling (spoiler: boxes on sides of studs often not level). We bought it because the HIRO control seems to be the only good design for renewing old work.A few suggestions for improvement: The remote is barely larger than a standard decora switch size - if it were a few mm smaller I could have used a Legrand Radiant screwless wallplate to cover it and match the rest of the house. Also the fan instructions are so bad that reading ahead and making your own plans is required - missing steps lack of description etc.
Great end result difficult assembly
I had a couple of issues with the assembly where I had to undo steps because information was not in the right order. I suggest you fully read the steps before starting.
