Designers Nick Ozemba and Felicia Hung are longtime friends whose shared approach to design is rooted in collaboration, curiosity, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. Based in Brooklyn, the duo brings a thoughtful, material-driven perspective to contemporary lighting and furniture design, balancing refined modern forms with warmth and restraint. Their work reflects a belief that good design is as much about atmosphere and feeling as it is about function.
Together, Ozemba and Hung design and produce their collections under In Common With, working closely with New York-based artisans to explore glass, metal, and natural materials. Their lighting emphasizes proportion, texture, and the quality of light itself, resulting in pieces that feel quietly expressive and enduring.
Based in Brooklyn, In Common With draws from the midcentury and Scandinavian modern movements to create something chic and classic. Their blend of materials and strikingly simple forms ensure that each fixture stands the test of time, and looks great doing it.
