    The light fixture was described as a wicker pendant with a polished chrome finish and a clear/silver cord. What I received was two wicker pendant lights with a chrome finish and a black cord. Unacceptable and I immediately emailed this company and explained the situation. I really liked the pendants and just asked for the right color cord. In the meantime my husband found the cords online. I then asked if I could have a 15 discount (because we had to pay for the cords plus the cost to ship (which was not inexpensive. The pendants then had to be rewired. The message I received was they could not offer a discount for buyer's remorse. Did they even read my email? Their fault for not shipping the correct item and they called it buyer's remorse? This company does not stand behind their products and try to make it right. I would think twice about buying from them unless you can actually see the product before buying it.
