Designed by Oliver SchickRead Bio
The Tratto Table Lamp is an elegant, statuesque fixture that also provides functionality and practical, accessible lighting atop a desk or side table. The round opal glass diffuser is suspended above the cylindrical base by a curved arm, creating a visual and material contrast between the lightness of the shade and the solidity of the base. The glass gently diffuses light from the built-in LED light source to create an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. Dimmer switch located on lamp's base.

About Oliver Schick
Oliver Schick is a German product designer, born in Darmstadt in 1969, who founded his own studio in 2005, focusing on furniture, lighting, and interior design. After studying product design at HBK Saarbrcken, he worked as a freelance designer before establishing his studio. His design philosophy centers on creating products with a strong, timeless character that are easy to comprehend, balancing simplicity, function, and narrative. Schick aims for his designs to be functional yet include small, unexpected details that spark emotions and associations, believing the narrative aspect is as important as its function. His work often involves exploring experimental projects related to materials, functions, and sustainability, and he has designed for companies like Ligne Roset, GUBI, and Montis.

kdln, formerly Kundalini, started back in 1996, when it developed the intuition of a new typology of lamps, extremely innovative and outrageous forms of light, symptomatic of a strong identity and a product culture expression of a universal language.
For KDLN, light is poetry and beauty, a refined simplicity, an energy that shapes interiors and enhances their identity, making them welcoming, expressive, and harmonious. The result of aesthetic research carried out together with renowned international designers and emerging talents, in perfect balance between tradition and modernity, we transform creative insights into ever-original projects, with a universal language that is accessible and immediately comprehensible.
