Excellent Light Amount Modern and Sleek
Great for my bathroom I bought 3. Perfect amount of light.
Excellent if you don't DIM!
I did replace these lights once. But I finally figured out if you DO NOT put them on a dimmer switch there's no problem at all.
Look nice but continue to break
We purchased four of these for our bathroom renovation 3 years ago since that time I have had to replace 3 of them. Fortunately they were still under warranty and were replaced.
Awful! Do not purchase.
We did not actually choose these lights our builder did so we are stuck with them without a choice. There are three installed in our master bathroom. All three of them started flickering before they were a year old! There is no way to change a light bulb to fix the situation and there is nothing wrong with the electrical installation. It's the light itself. In addition these lights are not bright enough for a bathroom where you are applying makeup and doing things like that. I do NOT recommend.
Not happy
This was a replacement of a fixture we had purchased earlier that was defective. We initially had purchased 2 of them. The 2nd one is now beginning to fail as well. Not happy with the product.

Defective lights
I had 6 of these lights installed in my custom built home 4 years ago and have had to replace 3 of them in the last 3 years. Replacing them is not easy to do without an electrician so added extra cost. Had to send video to company to prove faulty product and replacement lights took awhile to get.Would not recommend.
Highly recommend Hinkley!
Used two of these over our bathroom mirrors and love them. They are dimmable and give lots of bright light when you need it for getting ready. We have the octagon shape in our bathroom floor so it ties everything together nicely. Form and function - what's not to love! We did have an issue with one of the lights buzzing. We contacted Hinkley Customer Care and Janis was incredible! She was very responsive and super informative and helpful. Absolutely the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time and I appreciate that Hinkley empowers their team members to do what's needed to correct an issue and create a happy and satisfied customer. They stand behind their products 100 percent!
Good look - Poor performance
We had three 26 Black oxide Facet fixtures installed vertically between our bathroom mirrors in July 2021. Pros: understated modern look; provides great front lighting; 5 year warranty Neutral: black oxide is not true black. It's more of a gun metal. Still looks good w our black fixtures/mirrors Cons: we have had two of these fixtures fail within 18-mos of installation. They were covered by the 5 year warranty but take 3-4 months to arrive after we filed our two separate claims. So by the time our second replacement arrives we will have had only ~12 months of full functionality out of the 24 months since our gut & rebuild was completed.
Gorgeous light fixture and high quality even
I have two of these mounted on the wall vertically on the wall facing my desk. It provides nice even light and isn't harsh to look at while I'm working. Makes the room look great. A bit pricey but I'm glad I got them.
