not balanced and won't hang straight

- Design: Some Flaws
After many attempts by my installer to tweak this fixture so that it will hang balanced, we cannot get it to hang straight - one corner of the short side dips down - and so we are going to have to reselect. I also attempted to reach out to my sales rep at lightology about this but never heard a response back at all. So dissap0ointed in the fixture and the service, unfortunately.
