I love the design! However when we put in the bulbs and turned it on, I just don't like the glass insert panels. They are intended to look distressed but when illuminated, they just look dirty to me. The inside of the glass panels are rough so they aren't easily cleaned. To me, they should have been more highly distressed so that it's clear that they are distressed. The instructions left a lot to be desired. Luckily, my husband is very handy and didn't need the directions to install. The 'blowout' and the detail of the pieces are so small, it was difficult to make out what each piece was. Lastly, the hang-ties that were supposed to indicate where the crystals should be placed were hung incorrectly. I expected more from a fixture priced >$500.
