No, the Minerva Wall Sconce does not have a built-in switch.
The fixture is designed for hardwire installation. This means it is intended to be wired directly into your home's electrical system through a junction box in the wall.
It will be controlled by a separate wall switch (the light switch in the room) or an external dimmer switch installed in the wall, not a switch on the fixture itself.
