Easy to purchase and hard to return

I currently, am at the mercy of Lightology and the lamp manufacturer (Regina Andrews) to review and approve sending me my return labels. My 300.00 + lamp arrived with a faulty harp and no finial. Clearly the lamp never went through quality control with missing and faulty hardware. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Who knows if the company will make me whole? It makes me wonder since I I put in an immediate claim and instead, I receive a customer service review. I will never purchase another lamp sight unseen ever again especially when you have to jump through hoops to return the product for a full refund .
