I bought this light and immediately changed my mind and tried to cancel the order. Customer service cancelled, but several days later the lamp arrived. I tried to return it for a week! Every time I called I was told they need 3 business days, but then the returns department was in a meeting, etc. I even called the manufacturer (who accepts the returns) and was told Lightology had never called to request a return. Such a pain I almost donated the lamp, meanwhile I drove around with it in my car for a week because the box is bigger than a person and I had no place else to put it. If you are 1000 sure about what you want, buy it. Otherwise the customer service at Lightology is a nightmare.
