Designed by ServomutoRead Bio

The Calypso Antigua Floor Lamp is inspired by the bold geometric lines of Art Deco design with a tropical twist. Brand Logo

Based in Cesano Maderno, in Brianza, internationally recognized as cradle of Italian design, Contardi creates its products in-house and with international designers, guided by its technical office to achieve extraordinary quality. Local "zero-mile" production ensures authentic Made in Italy craftsmanship for hospitality, commercial, residential and yacht projects.

Contardi created their first branded product in 2006, but the history of the company goes back to collaborations over 30 years ago.

Contardi's collection is centered on three defining pillars of its unique design philosophy. Timeless icons, such as Alma and Calypso, embody the brand's signature style. Lighting excellence shines through the reading collection, including Flexiled, Manhattan and Picchio. Marine Grade completes the range with the entire outdoor collection, from Clara to Muse, Cube and Claretta, all built to withstand the elements without ever compromising on design.

About Servomuto

Shop This Designer

A passion for interior design brought together the designers Alessandro Poli and Francesca De Giorgi in 2007. Their respective backgrounds in Graphic Design and Architecture created the perfect synergy for pushing the boundaries on classic, minimal Italian lighting design. The main idea at Servomuto is to put together handmade lampshades in the most classic of their shapes with printed and unusual fabrics creating a new and unique mix. The result maintains the original and romantic mood but transforms it with contemporary contents. Francesca and Alessandro mix poetic images, elaborate a rare object giving it a new life.
