They only shipped the shade

We didn't get the base or the rods they said they would ship. The shade is really big, but the dimensions they provide is accurate. Just make sure it actually goes with your space if you're going to order it anyway. I have been trying to return mine (considering they didn't ship the whole thing), but they have been dragging their feet saying they will talk to the manufacturer even though they are clearly at fault here (did I mention they only shipped the lamp shade and nothing else?)
