    Chandelier with a Modern Take on a Colonial L

      This was a great replacement to a very traditional Cambridge style brass chandelier in the 2-story foyer of our transitional home. The black metal frame and glass panes provide an updated artistic shape to a colonial lantern. The 8 lights reflect off the glass panes making it look like 2-3 times as many lights.

          Placed above a stairs landing and turn so we didn't have a lot of extra clearance. This fixture does not overwhelm the space but gives me the traditional lantern look I wanted. The brass is a very classic color that won't be dated in a few years. Throws plenty of light.
