What is the recommendation for cleaning the globe?

To clean the glass globe use a clean soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner of your choice. Or use a duster. If you need to wash the glass, especially on the inside, it is probably best to take the fixture down from the ceiling and use something to cushion it on a table, to wash the glass.
