I did not like the lamp once I viewed it. The bulbs are visible, and they make a strange pattern on the ceiling. The lamp is very heavy. Unfortunately there is a 25% restocking fee on this item.

OH my god. I had the worst experience getting this lamp. It wasn't Lightology's fault, they were actually super helpful. That's why I wanted to write a review for great customer service. I ordered the lamp and in less than a week the tracking number said it had been delivered. But it hadn't. So I called the shipping company and went through this whole ordeal, and finally they said they found it and delivered it to me. Except the box was totally messed up and completely crushed on one side. It honestly looked like the delivery guy had drop-kicked it from the truck to my front door. The lamp was very badly damged. I called them again and they said they couldn't do anything about it, and told me the driver said it was fine when he delivered it. AS IF one of my suburban neighbors came to vandalize my package at 2pm on a Thursday. Long story short, I called and explained the situation to Lightology and they were great. They let me return the lamp and get a new one, even though it wasn't their fault at all! I was really blown away by their professionalism and service. I'll definitely shop with them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH
