Includes LED light kit in 2700K, 3000K or 3500K color temperature. Modern Forms fans pair with smart home tech including Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung Smart Things. Free app download: Sync with Modern Forms app to control fan speed and use smart features.
Available in two sizes in Brushed Aluminum with Titanium Silver blades, a Matte Black motor with Matte Black blades, or a Matte White finish and Matte White blades. Includes Bluetooth remote fan/light control and a cap for non-light use. Optional Bluetooth fan/light wall control sold separately. UL listed, wet locations. Energy Star rated.
