The Sferis Pendant is a classic globe of blown triplex Opal glass with a Chrome or White finish. Triplex glass, a specialty of Ai Lati, is a three-ply cased Opal glass made up of a thin white layer that is inside two layers of clear glass. This helps optimize the lumen output and creates a uniform light. The Sferis Pendant provides direct diffused ambient illumination.

About Federico de Majo
Born in Venice, Federico de Majo has been long a part of the world of glass coming from a family of glass makers. After the death of his father, whose company represented an international lighting manufacturer, Federico was able to take the reigns of his family's factory in Murano and lead with passion and dedication the design and production department of the company. With help from famous Venetian artists he drew inspiration for the creation of his collections.
