Fan is great. Only complaint is the very loud beep when turning the light or fan on and off that can be heard throughout the house. It can't be disabled and is unnecessary.

Fan has attractive modern style happy with the functionality as well. Very quiet only sound is the massive amount of air it moves. Installed a dimmable 2-way switch now it turns on from top or bottom of stairs.

Bought this fan to use outside in my screened porch. Attractive quiet but living in a warm humid climate I was hoping for just a little more air movement. Let me put it this way. On high I still can see the blades.

This fan is a 72 Hinkley Artiste and we love it although with a major caveat. Our bedroom is 14 x 20 and just needed something other than the usual 52 run of the mill ceiling fan. After looking at hundreds and I mean hundreds of fans over the course of 2 years we decided on this one. Yeah I know but being retired I have a lot of time for research. Anyway I narrowed the search down to 9 or 10 fans from different companies and my wife picked this one and I'm glad she did. It is an absolute awesome fan for our bedroom!! Anyone who has seen it absolutely loves it and the 72 size makes it all the more striking. We always sleep with the fan running and now we feel air movement on more than just our feet which is a major plus. I bought this with a wall switch rather than a remote and installation was a breeze. However what I fault Hinkley for along with every other manufacturer as far as I know is the light output of this fan. Remember above when I said I looked at hundreds of fans? Part of our needs and something that was a must was a fan with good light output. We had 1800 lumens in the old fan situated in 4 hanging globes and we could adjust that just by replacing the light bulbs. This fan came with just 1500 lumens built in with a frosted light cover that made the light output what I consider to be poor. Certainly not what was needed for our large bedroom. Fortunately I was able to find a replacement light fixture to correct that. Bottomline awesome fan but needs better light.

I love this fan! The blades are huge but are very graceful yet powerful. My only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is that the light surprisingly is not very bright

Outstanding for a large living room

We installed this in our large living room with extremely tall ceilings. It is really a beautiful piece the blades look like wood but they're actually a lightweight material that saves a ton of weight. It is very quiet the light is nice and bright but also adjustable if you prefer a dimmer look. I highly recommend this.

This is a nice quiet larger fan for a big room. It was relatively easy to assemble and install though there are numerous extra parts that have no seeming use and others that are described but missing. Once together it works well though I wish mine had been delivered with the Hinkley receiver part that doesn't beep each time the light and fan are turned on and off (apparently this is one of the last of a few handfuls remaining with the old receiver part). It moves air silently and well throughout the six speeds and the light dimming is flicker free. Overall a great fan.

The fan is great. I had previously installed another brand outdoor and it stopped working within 7 days of install. Crazy! The Hinkley on the other hand has been going strong. Love the Bond smart features. It's great looking and was pretty easy to install (directions were well done). Couple things I think they could improve on though: 1. Motor rpm. I wish the motor spun faster and subsequently moved more air. In a covered outdoor space the current speed would be fine but if you plan to use it in an open/uncovered space like a pergola you'll lose a lot of that air movement. 2. The WI-FI antenna should be placed outside of the canopy and have a plastic cover to protect it OR even better make the antenna enclosure watertight. Placing the Wi-Fi antenna inside a metal canopy inherently causes interference. Couple that with signal loss because of transmission outdoors to the router indoors and you inherently introduce reliability issues to the equation. I placed my antenna outside the canopy and just covered it with some waterproof FlexTape. It works well now. 3. I would have gladly paid a little bit more if they had aluminum blades available. The ABS blades are already starting to droop due to the direct heat exposure. Note the warranty only covers the blades for 12 months. Again I'm using mine in an uncovered pergola so they have a lot more UV and heat exposure than something that's got a roof above it. Other than those the fan has been great. Love the smarts that fit right into my smart home with around 200 other devices.

I look at this fan everyday. It's over our bed. It's perfect! First of all its silent! It is the right size color and look. It is absolutely the best fan I have every owned and I believe in buying a good fan especially for the bedroom. I had a minor hitch with the installation and Hinkley was right there for me. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you!!! Added separate remote well worth the investment.

Fan is in a two story 20 x 30 room. Does a great job. At the lowest setting it is still effective although barely and the height setting blows papers of tables! Even so the other five settings are more than enough.

This is a replacement for a 20 year old Casablanca. We like the fan very much it's quiet and moves a lot of air. The installation instructions are simply horrible though. Illustrations don't accurately match the various parts and the order of installation is confusing.

This fan looks very nice after installation however installation was more complicated than inspected. The biggest disappointment was the lighting. There are no specs provided on the light that I could find in the material provided. The brightness is lacking. There are about 10 levels of mood lighting but it is difficult to sit down and read your mail with this light for example. The lighting provided is probably considered accent lighting but no disclosure or information provided.

Used in our family room. Love the look and style. Was looking for a fan that was different and not typical. Only drawback is I wish the handheld remote for the fan was bigger but that doesn't make this a beautiful fan.

The fan has a nice design and installationwasn't too bad. The tricky part is getting teh blades attached without dropping the bolts. It would be so much nicer if there was a way to align the holes between the motor and the blades and to have the bolts temporarily retained installation would be so much better. As far as operation the fan is quiet. However it is impossible to know what the fan speed is without the app. I do not like the remote layout and wish there was a better way to know if the fan is at top or bottom speed.

This product looks great and the fan works well but the light is very disappointing. It's not bright enough for our purposes and cannot be changed. There is a dimmer but even at the brightest setting it doesn't serve our purpose well.

This fan is church mouse quiet and the LED lamp lights up the area. I enjoy the phone app in controlling both speed and lighting. The timer options are great too. Relatively easy install.

Looks are fantastic. Air flow is 100% improvement over the fans replaced. One fan slightly out of balance but remedied. Cost is high.

This is a great fan. Multiple speeds and wide so you get good air flow. I like that it is a DC fan. Also very pretty fan. I've gotten many compliments on it. Even my electrician who installed it said it was the nicest one he had installed.
